Time to decorate!

In between making cards, I have been making some Christmas decorations.  The SANTA letters below were inspired from a craft site were they were being sold for big $$$.  Luckily I figured out how to replicate and I am pretty pleased with how they turned out :)!  They will now sit on our entertainment center for the holidays!

The next project is actually a great idea I obtained from the Taylored Expressions - 12 Days of Christmas - inspiration to make your own gifts to give....This one is perfect for the window sill above my kitchen sink, sitting beside a few ribbon trees :).  It sits about 3 3/4" tall and is about 8" long.  These make great gifts!  Contact me if you are interested....

More cards will be posted later....
Enjoy!

PS...I still can take orders for a few more Button Trees.  $20 for a small (6 1/2") or $30 for a large (9 3/4")

Sneak peak for Ruth Ann

Here is a sneak peak for Ruth Ann on the  {{{{cute}}}} Christmas cards I will be making for you.... :)

Thanks...

Well, it's almost time for Thanksgiving.  Turkey day cards are almost complete and I have them available!  Here are a few images of my most recent cards....

Also, as promised, a few pics of some of my Christmas Decoration projects!  The wreath (is mine to keep :)) took a long time...lots of paper rolled, crimped and pinned.  My fingers hurt, but it is just gorgeous.  Also made a button Christmas Tree and this tree as well as some of the Ribbon trees are available for purchase - just contact me.

Enjoy!

Busy....Busy...Busy

This time of year is my absolute favorite....Halloween is over and I am READY to start on Christmas!  (Believe it or not, I am already thinking about when to pull out all the decorations and tree).  I have been super busy - making cards - lots of Thanksgiving cards, started on Christmas cards and crafts.

My hopes are to make some beautiful Christmas gifts this year to give to friends and family.  I also am making some new home decorations for me and also to sell.  (Thanks to my sister-in-law Rita, who showed me the idea of the ribbon trees last year - I am hooked! I can't stop buying ribbon ;) ).

Here are pics of the Thanksgiving cards I have made and have available for sale (either contact me or check out my Etsy store front http://www.etsy.com/shop/smfcreations - or you can link directly by clicking on the icon on the right side of the blog ...this store front is for homemade goods and you can make a direct purchase using credit cards or paypal.)

The Christmas trees are also for sale - contact me directly about these so I can discuss your color choices and height preferences. The tall one is 9 1/2" (without the jingle bell) and the small one is 5 3/4 " (without the jingle bell).

More creations coming soon!  Christmas cards - (Special orders being accepted now) and more home decorations.

Enjoy~
